Cardi B Is Dropping New Music, But Is It A Nicki Minaj Diss Track?

Cardi B is coming with that heat, but it's got nothing to do with Nicki Minaj.

According to Page Six, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper is set to release new tracks (yes, more than one) next week. While news of the rapper's new music comes amid her feud with Nicki, a source confirmed, her songs do not include a diss track. One of the songs will, however, possibly be a collab with another hip-hop heavy-hitter. Page Six reports Cardi is featured on an upcoming Pardison Fontaine single. The collab follows her yet-to-be-released collaboration with Selena Gomez, DJ Snake, and Ozuna. #BackToMakingMoneyMoves

As previously reported, Cardi attacked Nicki at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS Fashion Week party on Friday (September 7). The new mom was caught on camera throwing a shoe at Nicki, while being held by security. The "I Like It" rapper was then photographed being escorted out of the event. Cardi later explained her actions in an Instagram post, claiming the brawl broke out because Nicki badmouthed her two-month-old daughter Kulture, "liked [bad] comments about [her] as a mother, [and made] comments about [her] [ability] to take care of [her] daughter."

While Nicki blasted Cardi days after the attack — claiming Cardi has said both racist and sexist comments in the past and slept with DJs to get her music played — Cardi seems to be moving forward, focusing on her music.  However, she did seem to clapback at the "Barbie Dreams" rapper on Wednesday (September 12). The 25-year-old rapper shared two posts that boasted about her album sales. "NUMBERS DONT F**KING LIE," she captioned a list that showed her album, Invasion of Privacy, holding the number three spot on 2018's Top 10 Best Selling Hip-Hop Albums list.
