Young Thug is ready to return to the stage just months after he was released from jail.

On Tuesday, February 25, Les Ardentes music festival in Belgium announced that Thugger will headline the event this summer. The Atlanta native's performance will go down on July 5. Other notable artists like J Balvin and Ken Carson will also perform at the festival. This will be Young Thug's first performance since he was first arrested in 2022 in connection to the YSL RICO case. Thug spent two years behind bars before and during the historic trial. He was released back in October after he accepted a plea deal.

Young Thug has plenty of new material to perform. While he was locked up, the 33-year-old artist released his album BUSINESS IS BUSINESS featuring Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Juice WRLD and more. In addition, artists like Future and Killer Mike have dropped memorable collaborations with Thug while he was locked up. Lil Baby recently included his long-awaited collaboration with Thugger and Future "Dum, Dumb & Dumber" on his recent album WHAM.

Fans may also get to hear some unreleased music as well. Lil Baby previously revealed that him, Thug and Future are working on a collaborative album. There's no word on when that album will drop. Nonetheless, Young Thug has a major opportunity to preview a song or two from the project before it arrives.

Look out for Young Thug's first performance abroad this summer.
